Saturday August 7, record crowds turned out to see Master Chef Mario Folco, from Folco's Ristorante, demonstrate how to make 3 of his all-time biggest selling dishes, using Folco's Fresh Homemade Tomato Sauce (now on sale in the restaurant); Pasta Primavera, Penne Arrabiata (angry pasta), and Penne Alla Vodka.

Saturday July 24, Shaun Kelly, Master Chef from Al Dente Italian Restaurant, prepared his special Grilled Salmon with Orange Tarragon Butter on Farm Fresh Greens with Candied Pecans. Here's his recipe:
Salad:
Mixed greens, some diced tomato, yellow or red peppers (optional)
Pecans warmed in sugar and Cajun spice, bake until golden brown, let cool and add to greens. Can shred some cheese of your liking to top of salad
Raspberry vinaigrette:
1 cup canola oil, ¼-1/3 cup of raspberry vinegar or to taste, raspberries, salt and pepper to taste, ½ tsp Dijon, blend together in a Cusinart or hand blender
Grill salmon (optionally bake in oven) - approx. 4oz per person
Butter compote:
4oz of butter, orange juice, some tarragon or thyme or sage, all fresh
Blend together well and let set in fridge
Plating:
Salad, lightly tossed lightly with Raspberry vinaigrette
Salmon (hot from grill)
Small amount of Orange Tarragon Butter
Buon appetito!
